The agency work of Rosemary Davies-Janes (CEO of Miboso, and a twenty year marketing and branding veteran) supported some of the world’s best known brands. Her subsequent leadership of advertising departments for multi-national retail giants Toys “R” Us and Staples successfully leveraged her branding expertise with emerging digital technologies.
In 1998 Rosemary founded the full service personal brand agency, Miboso, which delivers her Authentic Personal Branding process to clients around the globe. In 2002, she went on to found Miboso Radio, and pioneered The Many Faces of Coaching Show, a global web-radio program, which is better known today as Pod-casting. The show profiled over 150 thought leaders in executive coaching, organizational & leadership development, psychology, and spirituality, such as Harville Hendrix, Byron Katie, David Whyte, Gary Zukav and Marshall Goldsmith. The interviewees accomplishments and successful personal brands provided great inspiration to those undertaking or considering Miboso’s Authentic Personal Branding Program.
Currently, Rosemary and her team are launching a newly revised Self-Directed Authentic Personal Branding Program that leverages the learning drawn from working with thousands of clients since 1998. In addition to supporting Miboso’s teams of Authentic Personal Brand Strategists, today Rosemary divides her time between developing new products and programs, supporting select individual clients’ Authentic Personal Brand and Vision development, and providing an external brand resource to organizations.
Having begun her education at The Hermitage (now Geelong Grammar School) in Australia, Rosemary earned her psychology, coaching, and fine art credentials from universities in Canada, the US & South Africa. Her experience of living, working and studying in dfferent parts of the world contributed to Miboso’s global platform which attracts clients from as far away as Hong Kong, Beijing, Johannesburg, Nairobi, The Hague, Glasgow and London, as well as many cities across Canada and the US.
